by | Jul 24, 2022 | Cars

The Genesis is a luxurious car that has been on the market since 2007. It’s a popular choice for many drivers, thanks to its stylish design and powerful engine. But who makes the Genesis car? The answer may surprise you.

The Genesis is actually manufactured by Hyundai, a South Korean company that is best known for its economical vehicles. However, Hyundai has invested heavily in its luxury division in recent years, and Genesis is a testament to this commitment. With its sophisticated features and attractive price tag, the Genesis has quickly become one of Hyundai’s most popular models. So if you’re ever wondering who makes the Genesis car, now you know: it’s none other than Hyundai.

Although the Genesis brand is relatively new, it has actually been around since the middle of the 2000s. The company was founded in 2003 as a luxury division of the Hyundai Motor Company. In 2015, Hyundai Motor Group decided to spin off Genesis into its own separate luxury brand.

Today, Genesis is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, and offers a range of high-end vehicles. Although it is now its own distinct brand, Genesis shares many similarities with Hyundai.

For instance, both companies are part of the same conglomerate. They have their vehicles manufactured at the same south Korean plants. However, Genesis is positioning itself as a more premium alternative to Hyundai, with a focus on luxury and performance.

So far, the company seems to be succeeding in this endeavor. It has received praise from critics and was even named “luxury brand of the year” by AutoGuide in 2019.

A look at the complete list of Genesis vehicles reveals a range of impressive cars, from the sporty G70 to the luxurious G90. It’s clear that Genesis is a brand to watch in the years ahead.

Purpose of Genesis

Hyundai Genesis cars are designed to compete with other new luxury cars, such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Lexus. While these other brands may have a higher price tag, Hyundai Genesis offers value for your money.

While some Genesis models are priced competitively with other luxury cars, they come standard with features that are typically optional extras on other models. This makes it an attractive choice for consumers who are looking for a high-quality car without having to pay top dollar.

The Genesis is also well-equipped in terms of safety and performance. It comes standard with a number of advanced safety features, and its engine offers plenty of power and torque.

The Hyundai Genesis is a well-rounded car that should appeal to a wide range of luxury car buyers.
